• The ICS (Inventory Checkout System) enables a supervisor to manage one to many dispensing machines over a network.
• ICS can associate checked-out items to a project for easy of tracking and customer billing.
• ICS can also act as a loaning system, where the item checked-out is returned at a later date.
• The mounted display shows Employee messages from the Supervisor and a history of previous checked-out items by the employee.
• ICS can be installed into most any vending machine or pre-installed on one of our machines.
• ICS internally uses the Derby database, but ICS can interface to your database such as Quickbooks or Oracle.
• ICS is a Java application, so it can run on any platform such as Mac®, Windows®, or a website.
